• The City of Falling Angels - John Berendt
• The Tipping Point - pretty regurgitated, a few good case studies. In general a ok refresher and good read. It would have been good if the author included some reference to the research methods. a few point I agreed with:
  • Sales people as your front line need to understand the space
  • Broken Windows in the workplace - People need to be focused on work in work and need to care if other coworkers notice if they are not
  • Never lie to a partner
  • Never lie to your customers
  • Continuously improve your product
  • New Products (1.0's essentially) need to be technically sound for early implementers
